one vs two fader key level

Hello!

I'm thinking about getting a new mixer, and I noticed that some have upper and lower limit faders for key level -- like my mx10 -- and some only have one fader.

Can I still get the same range of functionality out of the chroma key in a mixer with only one fader? Or would it be like leaving the lower limit at minimum all the time?
