Edirol CG8 - switching PAL/NTSC

Apologies for starting a thread with such a basic question... but there's
-nothing in the manual
-nothing in the menu
and
-only 2 posts dating back to 2006 which vaguely mention this

Ebay bargain hunting resulted in me buying an Edirol CG8. I've a feeling the lack of information and support could be a regular frustration whilst learning my way around this box.

First question, no doubt of many: How can I switch it from NTSC output to PAL?
